- What is the profile of my driver?
All our chauffeurs are professionals with long experience in the travel industry, qualified with governmental certifications. They are kind and friendly with the customer, they pass all medical and tests and they speak at least English.
- Can I travel with my children?
Yes, you can! If you would like to travel with infants and children up to 6 years old, AAT offers special child seats for extra safety. Please inform us for the number of children and the number of child seats needed in your reservation form.
- Airport Meet & Greet Service
AAT provides a meeting and reception service at our airport! Your driver will be waiting for you as you arrive, holding a sign with your name or company logo. He will then escort you to the vehicle, which will be a few meters outside the airport arrivals area. Your vehicle is equipped with comfortable seats and air conditioning, ensuring you arrive at your destination refreshed and relaxed.
- Is there an extra cost for the reservation?
There is not an extra cost for reservations, neither an extra charge for appointments.
- What about cancellations and refunds?
In case of cancellation, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the transfer and the amount will be refunded in full. If you cancel <23 hours before, the amount will be refunded in half. - What different types of equipment do your vehicles have?Our cars are fully equipped with a front & back seat air-condition system, GPS systems, tracking control, refrigerator for water and beverages*, POS and power up to 12V for devices’ charging.
